We made a last minute booking during Chinese New Year holidays. Aether Tours contacted us immediately on WeChat to arrange for the driver to pick us the next day at our hotel. The vehicle is clean and comfortable and the driver is also very kind and helpful. The staff check in with us regularly throughout the day to make sure that we are fine. This was my first time booking a service on Trip, and I was very satisfied. Since my friend and I are both women, we were arranged a female guide. She was very enthusiastic, and I was truly happy with the experience that day. It was only a slight pity that at the end of January there wasn’t much snow on the mountain.

Panda Valley and Dujiangyan are two treasure troves where you can escape the crowds and enjoy the natural environment. Panda Valley offers close encounters with pandas and boasts a beautiful and refreshing natural setting; Dujiangyan is magnificent and spectacular, with a rich variety of delicious food in its ancient town. The entire trip was very comfortable. Our driver, Jiang Wensong, was friendly, enthusiastic, and patient, driving smoothly and safely. He recommended delicious restaurants and a time-saving and energy-efficient route. The guide in Dujiangyan provided humorous and engaging explanations that also helped us understand the water conservancy project.
