Fun little diversion in Barcelona. You watch a brief movie then learn hands-on about the practice of creating dark and milk chocolate. The session takes place in a charming little chocolate shop that has tons of samples available. Our session was led by Gina, a cute and affable young lady who was very knowledgeable and helpful.

What I enjoyed the most was the quality of our guide Guillermo. The amount of information provided and the historical facts was right up my alley. I have always enjoyed history and Guillermo was loaded of historical facts and information that he provided to our group. He also did not mind me pestering him one on one for additional facts. Hands down the most interesting and knowledgeable guide I have ever encountered on the many tours I’ve taken Thank you Guillermo
