Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note
- The ferry operates daily. Please visit https://marinasouthferries.com/pages/ferry-schedule to check the ferry schedule.
- The ferry ride from Marina South Pier to Saint John's Island takes approximately 30 minutes. The journey from Saint John's Island to Kusu Island takes about 15 minutes.
- Lazarus Island is connected to Saint John's Island and can be reached via a causeway. The walk is expected to take about 15 minutes.
Please note that the islands have limited infrastructure, and boat arrival and departure times may be delayed during peak periods.
- Guests are advised to wait at the pier to board the ferry.
- Since there are no shops or restaurants on the island, please bring your own food and drinks.
