1. Ensure you get plenty of rest before setting sail and maintain a relaxed mindset during the voyage.
2. It is recommended to apply motion sickness patches or take motion sickness medication 30 minutes before going out to sea.
3. Try to avoid staying in cabins or enclosed spaces. It's recommended to choose open deck areas with good ventilation and scenic views of mountains or islands. You may apply essential balm as needed to alleviate discomfort.

Booking Information
The renter must agree to and accept the following terms in order to proceed with the booking.
1. Any additional items must be notified 5 days in advance. The boat rental price will be based on the confirmed booking, and additional passengers will be charged at the booking rate. Water activities and additional services will be charged at the rate when added. The selected number of passengers, water activities, and additional services cannot be reduced.
2. The number of passengers must not exceed the vessel's capacity limit.
3. If the number of boarding passengers exceeds the originally scheduled number, the lessee must pay the corresponding difference (please refer to the price summary). If the number of boarding passengers is less than the originally scheduled number, the lessee is still required to pay the fee based on the originally scheduled number.
4. Under no circumstances may the lessee change to another yacht after confirming the sailing schedule.
5. For carrying any large equipment (including but not limited to audio equipment, cooking utensils, large devices) or requiring cooking, the lessee must notify and obtain the shipowner's consent in advance. Otherwise, the shipowner reserves the right to deny boarding and charge additional fees.
6. Please arrive at the arrival pier in advance. Latecomers will be responsible for any consequences. If the renter fails to show up within 2 hours (for yachts) / 15 minutes (for speedboating and other services) after the scheduled boarding time, the reservation will be automatically canceled, and the full agreed rental fee must still be paid.
7. If the departure time is delayed due to traffic or weather-related reasons, or if the ship docks early, no compensation will be provided.
8. The route will be finalized based on the weather and sea conditions on the day of boarding, and all route surcharges must be paid to the ship owner on the same day.
9. The displayed rental prices are for recreational purposes only. For other special purposes such as commercial promotions, weddings, etc., please contact us for a quote.
10. During the charter period, if any equipment, appliances, devices, or other property is damaged or destroyed (excluding normal wear and tear), stolen, or removed, the charterer shall pay the shipowner for the repair, restoration, or replacement of the relevant items.
11. If the facilities or services listed as free cannot be provided, the shipowner will make every effort to arrange similar facilities or services, but no compensation will be given. If paid additional facilities or services cannot be provided, the lessee may choose to switch to similar services or receive a refund for those facilities or services.
12. If the vessel is unable to sail due to mechanical failure before departure, the shipowner will notify the charterer as soon as possible to reschedule or replace it with a vessel of equivalent class when permitted. Alternatively, the charterer may choose to have the charter fee refunded.
13. In the event of mechanical failure during the voyage, the shipowner will make every effort to return passengers to the port. If the departure time has exceeded half of the charter duration or the destination has been reached, no additional compensation period will be provided. If compensation is granted, it can only be rescheduled for use on weekdays, or a proportional refund of the charter fee will be issued.
14. All passengers are responsible for their own belongings and personal items. BlueSea and the shipowner will not be liable for any damage or theft occurring on board. If necessary, assistance from the police can be arranged for passengers.
15. For safety reasons, diving from the upper deck, swimming at night, and carrying prohibited items on board are strictly prohibited. If any passenger is found using illegal drugs or violating regulations, the boat owner has the right to immediately terminate the day's activity and report to the police. The company will not provide any compensation in such cases.
16. Passengers are responsible for their own safety and that of their companions. In the event of any incident, passengers must bear all risks and liabilities themselves. BlueSea shall not be held liable for any accidents, fatalities, or losses of any kind incurred by passengers during the journey, and passengers have no right to claim compensation or hold BlueSea accountable.
17. If needed, passengers can arrange additional insurance on their own.
Bad weather arrangements
1. In case of severe weather conditions, the ship owner will decide whether to set sail or modify the day's itinerary based on the situation, with safety as the top priority. The ship owner reserves all rights regarding departure and route decisions.
2. In the following situations, the sailing schedule will remain normal and no refund will be issued: if a No. 1 typhoon signal or red rainstorm warning is hoisted before departure; if a No. 1 typhoon signal or red rainstorm warning is hoisted before boarding, or if a higher typhoon signal is downgraded to No. 1 within two hours before boarding, and the black rainstorm warning signal is changed to a red rainstorm warning.
