The customer service team communicated via WeChat throughout the trip to arrange the itinerary. The driver himself doesn't speak Chinese, but he's an excellent photographer, very friendly, and will use translation software to communicate with you! Excellent overall, superb, great value for money, fantastic experience, and excellent service.★

First of all, I must say that the tour guide was very enthusiastic, attentive, witty and humorous. Regarding the itinerary, it was originally thought that we would only visit the four attractions on the itinerary, but everything exceeded expectations. The tour guide also added several attractions that were not included in the itinerary, such as: the Pearl Exhibition Center, Sim Wine Cellar, pepper plantation area and fish sauce factory. Although these are all sales points, the tour guide did not instruct the group members to make purchases, so I really appreciated this and was very satisfied with the itinerary arrangement.
