Fascinating tour up Etna. Due to the large amount of snow from March 2026 the 4x4 bus could go most of the way but not to the intended location. No matter, we were transferred to a tracked snow plough to get base of the Peak. very windy and cold but amazing.★

The tour was fantastic! We were lucky to have beautiful weather and clear views! The views were breathtaking. Our guide, Antonio, told us a lot about Etna, spoke fluent English, and was a pleasure to listen to. The 4x4 bus ride was quite an experience in itself, with the sharp turns, steep inclines, bumps, and potholes. The short hikes we did were easy to do. Walking along the crater rim from the 2002 eruption was fascinating! We had plenty of time to look around and take photos. This tour is definitely recommended!
