Child: 3–13 years of age
Infants aged 0–2 travel for free without occupying a seat; a seat fee applies if occupying a seat.
How to Use:
The actual departure time and driver's contact number will be sent via SMS to your registered phone number one day before the trip. Please ensure your phone is reachable. If you change your number, please inform us promptly. If you do not receive the meeting SMS, please contact us immediately. On the day of departure, please present your electronic confirmation voucher and arrive at the designated meeting point before the scheduled time (we recommend arriving 20 minutes early) to wait for assembly.

The drop-off points after the tour ends are Central Station and Furama Hotel, with no other locations available for selection.
2. Please arrive at the designated location at least 20 minutes before the meeting time. The driver will not wait, and no refund will be provided for late arrivals.
3. The minimum number of participants for this itinerary is 6. We reserve the right to cancel any itinerary due to insufficient participants. If the minimum number is not met, you may request a reschedule or refund.
4. Seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to luggage/items.
5. We recommend that everyone purchase their own travel insurance.
This trip will only be canceled under extreme weather conditions.
On the day of travel, bilingual Chinese driver-guide services may be arranged depending on the visitors' situation (primarily English guide service with supplementary Chinese service).

07:30 - Depart from Holiday Inn Chinatown to Port Stephens
11:00 - Arrive at the desert oasis Anna Bay for sandboarding (only available for packages that include sandboarding)
12:00–Dock-side Western Lunch (Fish and Chips, menu varies by season, subject to actual arrangements on the day)
1:30 PM - 1.5-hour dolphin watching cruise
15:00 - Return to Sydney after the event ends
18:15 - Return to city center and disband

How to Use:
Please arrive at the departure point 10 minutes early. If you fail to arrive on time and miss the tour, you will be responsible for the consequences.
2. Please select a pick-up point based on your location when placing an order and wait at the chosen pick-up point. The driver has the right to refuse service if you do not board at the selected point.
Friendly reminder
1. This tour requires a minimum of 4 participants. If the minimum number is not met 3 days before departure, you may request to reschedule or receive a refund.
2. No compensation will be provided for itinerary changes, delays, or cancellations caused by vehicle breakdowns, strikes, accidents, weather conditions, or other force majeure factors.
3. It is recommended that you purchase insurance on your own. If you miss the trip due to being late, no refund will be issued, and any additional costs incurred for arranging alternative transportation will be your responsibility.
4. Dolphin watching is highly weather-dependent. In case of itinerary changes due to unforeseen weather conditions with the activity provider's consent, you may apply for a partial refund for the dolphin watching portion. However, if no dolphins are spotted after departure (which is extremely rare), no refund will be issued. We appreciate your understanding.
Guests who do not wish to sandboard can enjoy free time in the surrounding area or rest on the bus.
6. If sandboarding is canceled due to weather conditions, a partial refund will be issued to you.
7. If you eat on board, there's only fish and chips available.
