Guide Zhang was incredibly enthusiastic, professional, meticulous, and thoughtful. He reminded us of every detail beforehand, provided professional and comprehensive explanations of the attractions during the tour, and was extremely familiar with the routes. He even took photos for us, making us feel like we not only had a guide but also a professional photographer. Most importantly, he took us to see Zhang Shupeng's winged flight training. We had a fantastic time! A huge thank you to Guide Zhang! I will definitely recommend him to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five-star review! This trip to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park exceeded my expectations. A huge thank you to our tour guide for his attentive companionship throughout the entire trip. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the scenic routes, the geological formations of the peaks and forests, and the local customs and stories. His explanations were lively and engaging, not just reading from a script, allowing us to not only see the scenery but also understand the stories behind Zhangjiajie's landscape. The itinerary was well-paced, avoiding crowds, and he proactively recommended photo spots while repeatedly reminding us of safety precautions on the mountain steps. He was sincere and patient, promptly helping with any issues, and there was absolutely no hard selling. Traveling with a guide is worry-free and effortless; highly recommended!

The tour itself and the service were impeccable, but the interaction with the staff was something else entirely. Everything was written correctly, but the staff was so incompetent that they could ruin everything!
