A fun, cultural, and gastronomic activity all in one. Alessandra was incredibly patient, funny, dynamic, and communicative! There were four of us students for this workshop in English: Neapolitan pizza and tiramisu. A fantastic experience, a total immersion in the local culinary culture. I highly recommend it! As for the location, it's just perfect! Right next to the Galleria Umberto I and Castel dell'Ovo. I recommend it 200%! Thank you so much, Alessandra! 🥰★

The evening was fun & Lukas the routined Chef performed an impressing presentation menue. Our group was a colorful mixture of all ages & from all over the globe. But everyone got included in the fun and put hands on the special dough treatment. Recipe of success for evening, catering and ingredients: „simple (&) excellent“. Side dishes: Ciabatta with tomato-pieces, buffallo cheese and beverage ála demand. Location was a special designed training studio. Naturalmente my recommendation to everyone★

Our French pizza chef welcomed us warmly. He listened attentively and gave us his time and expertise. His explanations were clear and precise. The price was a bit high, though. We had a pleasant time making and enjoying our creations. Luckily, there were only four of us.About
