Reviews: Horseback riding in the Rainbow Mountain + buffet

The Rainbow Mountain trip was a fantastic experience, which we recommend to every visitor of Cusco. Together with Machu Picchu, they are "must-have" trips. We had an amazing guide named Wally, who made the trip even more enjoyable. The organization was good, although we had a small issue with the pick-up time – the information arrived late, but the minibus kindly waited for us. The only downside was the very small and uncomfortable minibus. Breakfast during the trip was a great idea, and we appreciated it a lot. We reached Rainbow Mountain on horseback (we recommend this due to the high altitude). Our guide Wally was well-prepared – he had an oxygen device and provided us with useful information. Lunch after the hike was excellent, and the return to Cusco was smooth. We definitely recommend this trip and Wally! Dress properly, as the weather changes quickly. Overall, an amazing experience!
