There were only a few people, so everyone could understand everything well. There was a comprehensive tour with lots of information.

I didn’t know what to expect from this experience before heading to it. I knew that I wanted to see and learn about the history of the castle but was apprehensive about how the experience would be delivered. Once we arrived there, we were instantly impressed with the magnitude of the place and the live experiences we were able to engage in. It was completely mind blowing and I recommend this to anyone who has any kind of interest in history and, predominantly, castle life.
Reviews: From Toronto: Niagara Falls + Winery, Cruise, & Lunch Option

Overall we feel we had a full day and a good experience. We packed a lot in and our guide recommended the imax flight experience instead of journey behind the falls as you wouldn’t be able to see much and we enjoyed it. We had the lunch option as well and would highly recommend - it was good value for money, good food and local wine list which I recommend. It is worth me saying that our tour was due to be run by TCBL but it got consolidated into another tour company. The guide was good and friendly but u can if say that the bus wasn’t very clean on the outside. I appreciate the snow impacts on vehicles but the windows were obscured such that you couldn’t see sights pointed out to you.
Reviews: Toronto: Hop-On Hop-Off Bus Tour with Harbour Cruise

The bus tour was very good. We Always find it’s the best way to see the most of a city and get some information, get your bearings and a general overview. We hopped off the bus to do the harbour tour and we were greeted by a rep who showed us to the boat. If we had made our own way to the boat, we would have struggled a bit to find it as it wasn’t well signposted. More directions would help. Apart from that the bus and boat had great speakers. Would definitely do again.

Really good to see the ice hockey side of things but not the basket ball , that will be a different tour.
