This is a reliable service you can book with confidence. Guide Andy was friendly and warm, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time! Excellent food recommendations as well. We are a mixed English and Chinese speaking group, so we were able to overcome any language gap by switching languages. We communicated via Wechat before the tour and could explain what we were interested to see and discuss an itinerary together. Andy did not rush us along, which did mean we had to adjust our itinerary during the day, but we were happy to do so because we had already seen parts of West Lake the day before. If you are on a strict schedule, you should communicate that as well and I'm sure they will ensure you can see everything you want to. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this service.

A beautiful HZ and Chinese experience. To dine and be entertained like ancient nobles, it was surreal. Food was good, well-portioned. We opted out of the makeup and costume, and missed the ‘street games’ entirely, not knowing there were interactive activities before the banquet. Location of this venue is a bit obscure, situated in the annex of an office building. No distinct signage, not even inside the lifts, so it may be daunting for non-locals. We thought we came to a wrong address. The banquet is located inside what appears to be a studio.
