This itinerary is reasonably designed for more than 4 hours of activities. The canyon has two areas: the valley and the platform. The entrance of the scenic spot goes to the valley for the whole journey of 1.2 kilometers, and it takes about an hour to walk while walking and watching pictures. If you take a break at the end, it usually takes about 2 hours to and from. The condescending landscape of the platform is even more spectacular, and if you walk down the slope, it takes about 2 hours to go back and forth. Usually on foot, the return trip is the most convenient to take the shuttle bus, but when you encounter lunch time (13:00-14:30), the return trip shuttle bus will stop for an hour, and the play time is limited, it is troublesome, many return tourists (to hurry to other attractions: lake) can't wait to go or even trot back, The hot sun is embarrassing. The platform shuttle bus is a 4-6 human battery car. If there is no passenger on the outbound journey, there will be no car on the return journey. Some tourists come by the battery car. When they get off the bus and take a photo, they return the same way. There is no time to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the platform. It is a pity.
This time the director is a local who understands Chinese, very honest and kind, making people feel at ease. Shandong's travel agency is very responsible. There is a small WeChat group before the start of the trip, which communicates information to ensure that the itinerary is smooth and worthy of praise.★

I had an absolutely amazing time on my Almaty tour with Panda Tour! A huge shout-out to our guide, Ice Sultan, who truly made the experience unforgettable. Ice is incredibly energetic and funny, ensuring there was never a dull moment. He has this amazing ability to keep everyone engaged and entertained throughout the day. Not only did he keep the vibe high, but he was also a wealth of knowledge, sharing fascinating information and insights about the city, and the tourist attractions where we went, charyn canyon, kolsay lake, kaindy lake. I am so happy I joined this group tour if you’re booking with Panda Tour, definitely ask for Ice Sultan. Highly recommended 😍★

We opted to take the Car going Up the lake the trip was very scenic and our guide Karina was simply amazing, she gave informative insights about the place and made sure tp entertain the group the entire time by making witty jokes and by knighting the 3 boys in the group with kazakh names Berick (Zeus), Aydar (Lean), and Arman (Fidi). She also tried to match our single friend (Ling) with the local boys:). We were also lucky enough to be brought to the gorge in lieu of the Apple Orchard since Almal Joq (No Apples) Our driver Mukhit, was very pleasant and drove our car safely and made sure that everyone was safe as we explored the areas we visited. All in all it was a great experience we highly recommend our guide Karina.
