What's it like to hear nothing? Most of us don't really know. At Dialogue in Silence, you can experience what it's like to rely on non-verbal communication, like so many around the world.

Don a pair of noise-cancelling headphones and move through a series of sound-proofed exhibition rooms, where deaf guides introduce you to a variety of situations they experience every day.

Learn to speak with your hands and hear with your eyes – this is a brilliant way to break down the barriers between the world of deaf people and your own.

The tour is conducted in sign language, and at the end, questions can be asked in German and English to the professional deaf guide with the help of an interpreter.
