Meeting point at Jumeirah Beach Hotel - Inside Burj Al Arab ticketing lounge
Free tickets will be given at the ticketing lounge for children aged 3 and under, proof of age may be required
Your table at UMA Lounge will be available 90 minutes from the beginning of your tour start time
A valid ID may be required
Beachwear is not allowed inside. Smart/casual clothes and tailored shorts are permitted
Individuals who are 16 years old and below must be accompanied by an adult who is 21 years old or above
Entry is free for children who are 3 years old or below
Ticket-holders are advised to use the valet parking service at Jumeirah Beach Hotel
Dress code: Smart/casual attire; knee-length shorts are allowed for everyone. No beachwear and flip-flops/slippers
Photography is not allowed inside the main lobby of Burj Al Arab
Please respect the privacy and comfort of Burj Al Arab's in-house guests while in public areas

If a cancellation request is submitted before 23:58, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 23:58 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
