Clause met us at the Pullman Hotel near the train station, explained the tour, and asked what we wanted to see. The history of Dresden is something we wanted to learn about and he was very knowledgeable about the city and surrounding area. The two hours were just enough of an overview for our group so we could spend time at the numerous Christmas markets!★

Booking was straightforward. We showed our tickets on-site and off we went. Exactly as I'd hoped. The staff was very friendly. We had a lot of fun. The guide who led us through the program was very entertaining to watch and listen to. It was very engaging; the time flew by. We learned many interesting and new things about that era. Criticism: None, really. It's nitpicking, I'd say: The picture quality in the 3D glasses is very pixelated. Post-processing (perhaps with AI) would make the images/film sequences sharper and ultimately more realistic. Ten years ago, this wasn't a problem; nowadays, it can be done better. But as I said, this isn't a criticism or even a flaw, it's just nitpicking.★
