Show your smartphone ticket to the staff at the entrance
For the "Extra Hour for Russia & Türkiye visitors" tickets, present your boarding pass along with smartphone ticket at entrance
Pets are not permitted at OliOli®️
National IDs might be requested to verify the child's age
You get one complimentary adult admission for each child ticket
Tickets cover access to OliOli® Permanent Galleries; add-ons for temporary activations are available onsite
Children must be with an adult, and adults must be with a child to enter OliOli®
Food and drinks can be purchased separately at La Petite Treehouse Cafe
**WHAT TO BRING**
Please bring a pair of socks for our shoe-free, sock-only zones for kids and adults (at least one per family).
Please bring a change of clothes in case your kids get wet in the Water Gallery.
As a family-friendly venue, we kindly ask guests to dress modestly and respectfully, in line with local customs in the UAE. Thank you for helping us maintain a comfortable and welcoming environment for all families.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 09:58, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 09:58 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
