Allan is a passionate and extremely knowledgeable guide, with impressive expertise on the mountain's unique geology, as well as on the local flora and fauna, which he makes accessible and captivating. His communication is very fluid, making the visit lively and enjoyable from beginning to end. Beyond his knowledge, Allan also conveys a genuine ecological awareness, encouraging us to better understand, respect, and preserve this exceptional environment. It was a fabulous day! Learning all about Monserrat was fascinating. What a place! We were treated to a delicious meal following our tour. Perhaps a heads up about the vast amount of food courses ahead of time would have been helpful! Some of us filled up on appetizers, only to discover MORE food was still to come! The farmhouse was lovely and full of ambiance. It was a great day! Because of changing weather, we were told we could leave extra things on the bus. I would have been nice to know this information before we left our hotels that morning.★
