It was difficult to find the office to pick up the tickets before entering Pompeii. We didn't use the audio devices since we didn't wish to walk 30 minutes back to the office to return them. Staff was very pleasant and offered a QR code for the audio instead. Glad we had that.★

A great day out. Well organised and friendly staff.
The meeting instructions were clear and the team were there early to greet everyone before we went to the coach. Spent 2 hours at Pompeii where the tour shows you the highlight and the key points before a lunch break. The lunch is not included but the restaurant has a set menu for €17 per person.
The afternoon was a short drive up to the entrance to Vesuvius national park where tickets were provided and got to spend an hour to climb the final part to the peak where you get great views of the coast.
Then a coach ride back to the start completes the day.
Overall a great experience and well worth it as everything is well planned and organised. Would recommend.★

Reviews: From Pompeii: Bus Transfer to Vesuvius with Park Entry Fee

The transport is excellent, as it takes you directly to the entrance of Mount Vesuvius. However, the walk from the regular parking lot to the entrance is long, monotonous, and boring (along the road). Subtracting the €11 entrance fee per person for Vesuvius from the total price (€39 per person), you're left with €28 per person for the bus ride. That's too much, especially with a full bus and limited space.★
