A smart start to your Osaka trip! Premium transfer service from Kansai Airport to your hotel.

Travel comfortably from downtown Osaka to Kansai Airport with our premium transfer service. Each person is allowed one 32-inch piece of luggage and one carry-on bag free of charge. Additional luggage can be purchased as an optional extra, so you don't have to worry about carrying too much luggage.

Pickup service vehicles run every 30 minutes from 7:00 AM to 12:30 AM (last vehicle). After arriving at the airport, check in at the counters located in Kansai Airport Terminals 1 and 2, then proceed to the vehicle boarding location and travel to downtown Osaka. The first sending service vehicle departs at 4:30 AM. You can check the vehicle location in real time by making a reservation 5 hours before flight departure and using the company contact information provided after making the reservation.

•When making a reservation, please be sure to enter and confirm your flight information, accommodation address, English name as it appears on your passport, and a mobile phone number where you can be reached.

• Once your reservation is confirmed, we will send you a confirmation message through the My Real Trip inquiry chat room within 12 hours.

You can receive detailed information by searching for KakaoTalk ID: innntravel, or adding WhatsApp ID: +81 90-8883-2991 or LINE ID: innnvoc003@innn.

•We recommend that you depart 4-4.5 hours prior to your flight departure time for the sanding service. With the Share-a-Ride service, you can travel with 1-3 other passengers.

*If you have reserved a sanding service, INNN Customer Center will contact you 24 hours prior to departure to confirm the sanding time and location.

•One piece of luggage under 32 inches and one piece of luggage under 20 inches are provided per person (no restrictions on small bags or carry-on luggage)

*Excess baggage ticket price: 16,000 won per piece (including fees)

•The scope of operation of this service includes all 24 wards in Osaka City, including major tourist destinations such as Dotonbori (Naniwa Ward), Shinsaibashi (Chuo Ward), Umeda (Kita Ward), Osaka Castle (Chuo Ward), Universal Studios (Konohana Ward), and Shinsekai (Naniwa Ward).

However, Kyoto, Kobe, and Nara are not included in the service area.

•Many INNN vehicle team drivers can only communicate in Japanese or Chinese. While they can communicate in basic English, they aren't fluent, so we recommend using Papago Translate. Even if communication is difficult, INNN's customer service center is always available, so don't worry!

Operating hours

•Pickup (Airport Hotel): 07:00-24:30

INNN service counters remain open until midnight, the last train departs at 12:30 AM.

• Sanding (hotel-airport): 04:30-22:00

Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Considering that international departure procedures at Kansai Airport take a relatively long time, we recommend arriving at the airport terminal at least 3 hours before departure to ensure smooth procedures in case of an emergency.

INNN Customer Center operating hours are weekdays (Monday to Friday) from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

[Sanding] Meeting Point:
 
The meeting will be held at a hotel in downtown Osaka. The exact meeting time will be provided after the reservation is confirmed.
 
* Airport sanding service can be reserved from 4:30 AM until closing time.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 01:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 01:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
Cancellation is not allowed once the product is activated.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note
  • This service is a shared ride service that includes one transfer between large and small buses. Arrival order is not guaranteed, and passenger arrival order is automatically determined by the system.
  • All transport vehicles are not fixed types and are assigned from among small buses (10 seats), medium buses (30 seats), and large buses (45-49 seats).
  • The number of passengers on board refers to the number of passengers occupying a seat. Children aged 2 years and older require a separate seat, and infants under 2 years of age do not require a separate seat and can board while held by an adult.
  • When making a reservation, please ensure you enter accurate information, including pick-up and drop-off locations and times. Refunds will not be issued if pickup or drop-off is not completed due to errors in information.
  • International flights require additional security and customs clearance, so please book your shuttle service at least 3 hours prior to check-in. You must contact the shuttle service representative after booking, and refunds will not be issued if you fail to use the service due to insufficient contact.
  • Information related to sanding services is shared in real time in the customer center chat group.
  • You must arrive at the pick-up location and wait before the scheduled time. If the driver fails to confirm the passenger upon arrival, the driver may leave the scene without liability.
  • Please be sure to enter a contactable phone number. For mobile phones, please check that your phone is reachable in Japan, and for messenger apps, check your network and stranger message settings. No refunds will be issued for missed service due to unreachable contact. (The driver cannot respond to messages while driving; please contact the customer service center within the group.)
  • For operational safety, vehicle types may be changed. While advance notice will be provided whenever possible, advance notice may not be possible in some unforeseen circumstances. Upon boarding, you are deemed to have agreed to the vehicle type change. If you have any concerns, please contact the customer service center before boarding. If this provision conflicts with other terms and conditions, this provision shall take precedence.
  • The driver will arrive at the designated location on time. Passengers arriving early will be asked to wait briefly. We ask for your understanding for any delays due to traffic conditions. If you leave the waiting area without prior notice, you will be considered a no-show and will not be refunded.
  • If the number of people and luggage is different from or exceeds the reservation information, additional payment must be made on site. Failure to do so will result in transportation being impossible and no refund will be given.
  • Passengers with pets are not permitted to board.
  • For the convenience of other passengers, eating and drinking inside the vehicle is prohibited.
  • If the vehicle is contaminated or damage is caused to the driver or other passengers (damage to property or items) due to passenger negligence, the passenger must pay the actual cleaning or repair costs, as well as the delay fee and any subsequent reservation delay/cancellation costs incurred as a result.
  • Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is prohibited inside the vehicle.
  • For your safety, please fasten your seat belt.
  • Please keep valuables and fragile items in your possession. Lost items will be stored at the airport counter. Free returns are not available. We are not responsible for damage or loss.
  • It is only valid for the reserved departure and destination points, and temporary changes to the drop-off point other than the agreed destination information are not permitted.
  • We do not support intermediate stops, detours, rerouting, or changes to departure and destination during travel. If a passenger makes such requests, the driver has the right to refuse and will continue to provide service according to the reservation information.
  • Even if you get off temporarily in the middle of the trip, you will still be charged the full fare.
