How to use
Venue Address: Pick up at any hotel in Phuket, except Coconut Island
• The exact pick up time will be shared through email by the activity organizer, as it depends on your hotel location.
• More details are needed from you to complete this reservation. The activity organizer will contact you via WhatsApp or email shortly after the booking.
• Please reply to that as soon as possible so they can prepare your booking confirmation and provide more details for your tour.

Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 23:58, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 23:58 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note
In the Diamond Cave, you might be able to see bats, spiders, and perhaps even snakes. Please let us know if you are not comfortable with this, so we can skip this location if you prefer.
The travel time between Phuket and Khao Sok is approximately 3.5 hours one way. The local Thai captain and driver speak very basic English, so please be patient with our wonderful Thai people.
The tour schedule may change depending on the weather and lake conditions.
Khao Sok is incredibly green all year round for a reason: it is one of the rainiest regions in Thailand. Be ready to get wet! Most of the rain falls from late April to December. The tour will continue in the rain if conditions are safe. Please bring a waterproof bag and jacket in case it rains, as the roof of the longtail boat does not fully cover you from the rain.
