I just randomly picked a tour group for my trip to Zhangjiajie, and it exceeded my expectations! I met a very thoughtful, enthusiastic, gentle, and easygoing tour guide, Xiao Zhao! The whole trip was a pleasant experience; it was truly a small, refined group with no hard selling. The day we went to Tianmen Mountain was rainy, and before we went up, I was worried we wouldn't see the beautiful scenery. After we got to the top, the entrance to Tianmen Cave was obscured by clouds. Tour guide Xiao Zhao didn't rush us through the sights; instead, he waited with us for Tianmen Cave to appear, wanting us to see everything we could! Luckily, we finally saw it! Thank you, Tour guide Xiao Zhao! I'll definitely use him again next time I come! 👍

I booked during the national week so it was extremely busy and didn’t know how to get the tickets for every little thing to best enjoy the trip so I wanted a tour where I could do all the popular activities while already having all my tickets booked and this tour did not disappoint. It was convenient..from the pickups to drop offs, the queueing process and ticketing..was all taken care of and my tour guide, Magnolia took some fantastic pictures. It was also my birthday during this time and my guide arranged a gift and cake during the tour. It was really memorable and a very warming experience! Definitely recommend

We debated whether to book a tour for our Zhangjiajie trip due to the cost and the fact that we usually like to travel independently BUT we are so glad we did! Sherry our guide was just perfect. She really matched our energy, gave us facts just when we needed them, but was happy to let us explore by ourselves. Being a local person, Sherry answered all of our questions with local knowledge and her English language comprehension is excellent. To top it off, she is such a nice person, so it was a pleasure to spend 3 days in her company. I would 100% recommend booking this trip if you are looking to go to the National Park. It would have been difficult for us to navigate if we didn't have Sherry's expertise and she made it so easy and comfortable for us. Thanks Sherry for showing us your beautiful home of Zhangjiajie and creating memories we will always treasure! (Especially the zipline haha)
