Erhai Lake is absolutely stunning! However, weather is crucial; a cloudy day would significantly diminish its beauty. We were lucky to avoid rain. The driver was contacted in advance and arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable about the sights along the way, answered all our questions, and explained the local customs and culture of Dali. He was patient, enthusiastic, and humorous throughout the trip. I especially want to commend the driver's sense of responsibility. When we got out of the car, I carelessly left something behind, and I needed to go to the airport the next day for my return trip. After contacting him, he immediately arranged for a courier service. I'm incredibly grateful! Thumbs up!

Along the way, they patiently explained the scenery and local customs, and always handled any issues promptly and effectively. The route was well-planned, including all the less-visited spots, and they thoughtfully reminded everyone of the best photo locations. They were genuinely friendly and humorous, creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere throughout the trip, and were great at keeping the group engaged.
