The tour is a great opportunity to get to know Prague quickly, definitely even in the rain. It was described as wheelchair accessible – this refers exclusively to folding wheelchairs, which was immediately corrected in the description! We were able to participate in the tour because the staff immediately provided a child seat! The team was very quick to rectify the situation!★

We booked the eating Prague by night drinks and food tour. The tour through old town was a delicious way to spend our first evening in Prague. One of the reasons we booked this was the advertised cocktail at the end of the tour. Unfortunately the advertised final stop at the alchemist cocktail bar was suddenly cancelled near the end of the tour due to the company not having booked a table. The guide substituted another place instead. Alas this was disappointing, and the chosen gin and tonic substitute left us feeling very let down by the company. We thought this was a very poor substitute for the advertised cocktail. Vojta our guide was very apologetic and did the best he could under very difficult circumstances. Poor admin by the company in our opinion. Vojta went above and beyond and arranged something for us the next day because he felt responsible. Thank you Vojta★
