Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled timeslot
Register your smartphone ticket at the ticket office
Meeting point: Prague Tours ticket office, located INSIDE the Art Passage
Address: Male Namesti Square Nr. 459 / 11, Praha 1 Oldtown. It is about 20 meters to the right from Black Angels Bar - Hotel "U Prince" and about 1-2 min from the Big Astronomical clock in the Oldtown Square
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 11:28, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 11:28 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
