The day's experience matched the description, and our tour guide, Chen Xiaoqin, was very responsible. She called a car for us in the morning due to traffic and waited for us at the drop-off point. We had headphones, and Chen Xiaoqin provided explanations throughout the journey, showing great responsibility. She planned the day's itinerary well, even informing us of restroom locations in advance, and led us around without us having to worry about anything. She patiently helped us take photos. The vegetarian lunch was rushed, but there was a wide variety of dishes, and we were quite full. The afternoon tea was very interesting; we could even take the fans home, and we also had Longjing tea and snacks. At the end of the day, Chen Xiaoqin explained how to take the bus to each family and led us to the bus stop. The Hangzhou Restaurant recommended by the tour guide was excellent and packed. Initially, I hesitated about the price on Ctrip, thinking I could either explore on my own or find a cheaper tour. In the end, I chose Ctrip on a whim, and it didn't disappoint. Many people online said it wasn't necessary to climb Leifeng Pagoda, but after visiting and hearing the tour guide's explanation, I knew it was a must. The children listened attentively to Chen Xiaoqin's explanation of the Wu-Yue Kingdom and the history of Leifeng Pagoda. Moreover, the panoramic view of West Lake from the top of the tower is breathtaking. The tour guide provides commentary while you enjoy the scenery. In short, aside from the slightly higher price, this tour is flawless. I highly recommend it for those considering a trip; it's excellent value for a day. No need to plan ahead or worry about transportation, as cars can't easily access the West Lake area. Especially beneficial for families with children; a patient and attentive guide like Chen Xiaoqin is highly recommended. Thank you to our guide, Chen Xiaoqin.

It was outstanding! The music, light, atmosphere, highly recommend! Do not skip this, it's one of the most enjoyable attractions in the city. It could be cold , so it is better to take some warm clothes.

It was an incredible experience! Such an immersion into Chinese culture, the air, the nature, the sounds of crickets, the smell of the lake 😍 They filmed us with a drone, gave us tea, everything was so relaxed and engaging. Making matcha was especially fun! I would definitely visit this place again, thank you so much!
