Reviews: Culinary Home Cooking with Grandmas – Vegan-Friendly
Guest User2026-10-13
We had a lovely time with Hiro and Basama! We felt super welcome in the house, Hiro is an open and funny guy and Basama is very lovely! We made a great traditional vegan soup with a lot of vegetables together, had a miso taste testing and learned how to make our own onigiri. Both of the hosts are super sympathetic and friendly and we will take this day as a great memory from Japan with us. Thank you so much for having us in your house and showing us a part of your life in the North of Japan, it was lovely and we hope to see you again some day!
