The pickup itself wasn't difficult, but that's because I've been to Taipei dozens of times, and I thought it might be difficult for first-time visitors to find the pickup location. It was nice to be able to ride multiple times, even for short distances. Since it's a time-based service, I was able to adjust it between arrival and check-out, which made it a really good value for money.

Jr. Madia – special thanks to the driver! The car was clean, he drove confidently and safely, and he spoke good English, and the translator was perfect. As my wife said, he's an excellent photographer. He led several tours himself, and we stopped for lunch at a very decent restaurant with a beautiful view. There aren't many photos because they're all on her phone. We visited about six locations in total. We definitely recommend him!
