▲ The Yuyuan Road Historical and Cultural District covers a total area of approximately 223 hectares. The district features pleasant street dimensions, abundant alley spaces along its routes, diverse architectural styles, and ever-changing views. It showcases a variety of garden residences, modern lane houses, apartments with distinct styles, as well as educational architectural complexes blending Chinese and Western elements, comprehensively reflecting Shanghai's unique cultural heritage and historical context.

▲ Shanghai has many quiet little streets, but few are truly memorable. Julu Road is one of them. The towering plane trees lining the street complement the serene tranquility of the small Western-style houses on either side, as if they have been slumbering for a thousand years. It's the perfect street for someone to slowly savor alone.

▲ Fumin Road stretches from Yan'an Middle Road in the north to Changle Road in the south, a short yet vibrant street. Walking south from Changde Road, after crossing the wide Yan'an Middle Road, you'll arrive at the narrower Fumin Road.

▲ Changle Road was known as Shipu Road in old Shanghai, a street with characters, stories, and history. From literati to politicians, from Wang Jingwei to Eileen Chang, these names are all closely connected to this road.

▲ Originally named the Convent Apartment, this building is a protected cultural heritage site in Shanghai and a renowned historical landmark. It features themed exhibition halls such as "Historical Retrospection," "Revitalization and Utilization," and "Hengfu Architecture."

▲ Ba Jin's Former Residence is located on Wukang Road in Xuhui District. The iron gate beneath the shade of trees appears particularly understated and inconspicuous. The renowned literary master Mr. Ba Jin lived here with his family for over forty years. It was in this residence that he completed his novel "Reunion," the essay collection "Unending Emotions," the translated work "Past Events and Random Thoughts," as well as literary works like "Random Thoughts."
