Reviews: Évora: Private walking tour with tickets to main monuments
Guest User2025-10-04
The tour exceeded our expectations! As the other reviews have said, Elsa is highly knowledgeable and passionate about the history of the area and of the world. She showed us many details in the buildings and locations we visited that we would not have known about. We enjoyed her wry sense of humor. We appreciate her view of the role of women in in the history.

Hidden alleyways far from the tourists. And the excellent guide Sofia with her French-Maltese name. She tells me about her troubled childhood under the dictator Salazar and the suffering of a people who no longer had access to culture or freedom of expression.

The trip was wonderful and well worth it. The guide, Guilherme, was very attentive and kind, explaining the historical facts of the places very well, with the ideal amount of time to appreciate and photograph each attraction.
