The child requires their own reserved seat in an ordinary car. 2. The child is traveling alone.

Access the "WEST QR Special Website" using your smartphone to display the QR code.
 
Bring the displayed QR code close to the automatic gate scanner to pass through the gate.

Pre-trip preparation
 
1. Collect the "WEST QR Ticket Admission Voucher".
 
2. Access the "WEST QR dedicated website" via the link provided on your "WEST QR Ticket Usage Certificate."
 
3. Enter a valid email address, create a custom password, and select your country/region to complete account creation.
 
4. After signing in to the "WEST QR Special Website", a pop-up window will appear asking if you want to link your ticket. Please select your preferred action.
 
※You can also enter the serial number on the "WEST QR Special Website" to link it.
 
5. Reserved seats for "HARUKA" can be selected on the "WEST QR Special Website" and booked from 30 days in advance up to 3 min before the train's departure.
 
Note: "HARUKA" reserved seats cannot be booked at station ticket machines or counters. Seats can only be selected from "WEST QR Ticket Dedicated Seats". If dedicated seats are fully booked, you may choose non-reserved seats or "WEST QR Dedicated Seats" on other trains.
 
[Steps for Same-Day Use]
 
1. Visit the "WEST QR dedicated website" and sign in with your registered account.
 
2. Select the tickets you wish to use from the ticket list.
 
3. On the ticket details page, tap the "Start Using" button to submit the ticket activation request.
 
4. The ticket details page will display a QR code. Align the QR code with the red QR code scanner on the automatic gate to pass through.
Change & cancellation policies
No fees will be charged for cancellations requested before 23:00 on the day of expiration date.
A fee of 100% will be charged for cancellations requested after 23:00 on the day of expiration date.
This product cannot be canceled after ticket activation, or reservation.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note

If the ticket gate does not have a QR code scanner, please use the scanning area marked with the "WEST QR" sign near the gate to complete verification and pass through.

Screenshots or printouts of QR codes cannot be used.

When passing through the gate, you need to use a smartphone with internet connection to obtain the QR code information.
