She quickly re-scheduled us for the following day.will the bus driver was a fun character and gave us several good tips about local activities. Mark the pilot was excellent and all the staff were very safety conscious. Overall it was a slick, professional, efficient operation with customer service being another priority. Would highly recommend.★

Highly recommended. Our driver Nick is nice and has passion for introducing the lakes and mountains. The hiking is easy to handle even for a senior lady. The lunch bag is amazing, the bakery that Nick went pick up before the trip is delicious and fresh. The sightseeing is memorable and the trip is comfy.★

Our family of 4 had Diana and Joe as our guides. Diana picked us up in CHC and narrated the history of the sights we visited as she drove the van down to Mt Cooke. Very informative! We were going on to Queenstown so we switched to Joe's van, who was also very helpful and friendly. It was stress-free travel with everything taken care of, including bathroom breaks, prearranged lunch and snacks/water. Highly recommend!★
