Special Notes:
1) Our itinerary does not allow any animals.
2) Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
3) Except for multi-day tours, our 1-day tour vehicles are not equipped with facilities to store customers' luggage. However, there is some tolerance for bags, handbags, and generally anything that can be placed on your lap while seated. We are not authorized to store luggage at the agency as we must comply with government regulations in this regard (i.e., the "Vigipirate" plan).
4) There is no toilet on board, toilets are only provided on buses during full-day or multi-day tours to France.
5) Some of our tours are suitable for wheelchair users or people with reduced mobility, provided they can board the bus independently and their wheelchair is foldable. Paris Opentour has 6 wheelchair-accessible buses, all operating on the "Grand Tour" route. In all such cases, please notify us in advance so the appropriate bus can be arranged to arrive at the required location when needed.
6) It is recommended to wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Additionally, you should plan your attire in case of rain or colder-than-usual weather (or simply for visiting churches and crypts where temperatures might be chilly). For dinner cruises and cabaret shows, formal attire is required: jeans and sneakers are not permitted.
7) Some of our tours include meals. The menu we have selected for you can be found on our website or in the product sheet at our agency. You may request special menus (allergies, gluten-free options, vegetarian menus, etc.). Simply use the "Contact Us" page to submit your special requests.
8) For guided or audio guide tours, you need to select the tour language. Available languages may vary depending on the tour and departure date.
1. The bus is marked with Paris City Vision, and staff members wear red vests with Paris City Vision printed on the back. There may be multiple buses at the meeting point. Upon arrival, please actively look for the corresponding bus to join the tour. If unsure, you can seek assistance from the staff.
2. This tour does not provide guide information or vehicle details, and the guide will not proactively contact guests. Guests need to actively locate the vehicle and join the group.
3. Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes early and actively locate the corresponding bus. The bus will depart on time and will not wait. If you are late or lose track of the guide during the trip, you will need to contact the official number to arrange catching up with the group.
4. The meeting time and location will be as specified on your confirmation voucher. Please search using Google Maps.
