We chose the morning session, and I had a Chinese-speaking teacher. They even arranged for a car to pick us up from the hotel – so thoughtful! The local professional teacher then led us to a local market, where we picked and learned about Thai spices. Overall, it was fantastic! A lively and engaging Chinese-speaking chef taught us how to cook Thai food step-by-step!★

The instructor was very lively and cheerful, and managed the time very well. She would first visit the market and vegetable garden to introduce various spices and vegetables before returning to the classroom for the lesson. The dishes were all simple and easy to make; the morning session included a soup, stir-fried rice noodles, and a curry, as well as a hands-free mango sticky rice and a drink. Highly recommended for travelers who want to experience traditional Thai cuisine!★

A car picked us up from the hotel, and the driver was friendly. We first went to the market to learn about food ingredients, which was very interesting. The farm was large and comfortable, and the introduction to various herbs was rich and interesting. The instructor explained things clearly, was friendly and funny, and the cooked food was delicious. It was a very enjoyable and unforgettable experience!About
