Makeup services are arranged on a first-come, first-served basis with queue numbers issued on-site, so we recommend arriving early.

If SVIP seats are required, a full-price package must be purchased.

Redeem: After placing your order, arrive at the venue's front desk 20 minutes early and provide your phone number and name to collect your admission ticket.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 18:00 5 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 20% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 18:00 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 30% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 18:00 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
Cancellation is not allowed after activation or reservation.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.
