Kei was an excellent tour guide. He is both friendly and informative. the tour was fantastic. The Castle is beautiful, the Samurai experience was fun and the light show was spectacular.

2 Nice guides with good english. We enjoyed the tour and the extra information we got from the guides. Good value but in hindsight we could have definitely done the castle on our own (there are volunteer guides there if you want and great signage). However the walk around Matsumoto (fox shrine, history etc) we would have missed out on.

There are not many team personnel, the Coster 18 is equipped, the driving is smooth along the way, the Chinese driver and the tour guide are equipped, and the tour guide to the attractions is very comprehensively introduced the classic characteristics, play time and meeting place. Very satisfied with a play experience, the upper highlands is really worth a visit.

The bus, with seats assigned based on who showed up that day, lasted 3.5 hours in Kamikochi. We took a few photos along the way, finally stopping at Kappa Bridge for an apple pie and some milk bread. We arrived just in time—we might have been too late to walk further. We'd been checking the weather forecast before departure, and we changed our schedule at the last minute based on the weather. It turned out to be a wise decision! If it had rained, it would have been cold, difficult, and the scenery wouldn't have been as beautiful.

Kamikochi in autumn is definitely worth a visit. Signing up for a day tour is so convenient and saves a lot of effort compared to going on your own. The tour guide provides helpful tips and switches between Chinese, Japanese, and English. They are very polite and nice throughout the trip! The meeting point is at the Ginjō-dō (Golden Clock) at Nagoya Station (near the JR Shinkansen exit). I'll definitely book this tour again next time to see the snow.


