This is a really good experience for me. The tour guide can call out the names of all the elephants and explain to us why these elephants are here. You can help feed and bathe the elephants. one of the elephants can even hug.
The bamboo rafting is really nice. This is my first time experiencing it, it is really exciting. the water is really cold but they provide clothes for us to change on so we won't get wet.
I have a really fun tour. Oh, their customer service is really, really, really good and helpful. Love it!!★

The vehicle was a Toyota van. The tour accommodated 12 passengers, plus the guide and driver, for a total of 14 people. I participated alone, but the others were in groups of two or more. I've traveled to Chiang Mai several times, but I'd always wanted to visit Chiang Rai. This time, I saw an affordable tour from Trip.com and immediately signed up. Chiang Rai is about 190km from Chiang Mai on regular roads, which is quite a long way. The road passes through mountainous areas, with many curves and I almost got carsick, but I managed to get there. While road widening work is being done along the way, many narrow sections mean that this tour may not be recommended for those who are not comfortable with long car rides. Nearly 70% of the tour was the round-trip time, including breaks. The guide used AI to efficiently navigate each spot, making sightseeing at each one a smooth experience. The tour included entrance fees and lunch, making it a great value. I recommend it for those looking for an efficient trip to Chiang Rai. For lunch, we had a Thai buffet at a restaurant near White Temple. The hotel pick-up service in the morning is also very convenient.★

No-fuss pick-up and drop-off. You get to explore the waterfall for about 90 mins. As this is a group tour it is also subject to other participants being punctual for pick-up at hotel and departure from waterfall. We have had people who returned late and delayed us. The driver was patient and professional throughout and to his credit did wait for those latecomers but in the end when two persons didn’t return to the car he had to drive off after a protracted wait for them. Overall I nightly recommend this as a good value tour, cheaper than others I have found.Trip.com Picks
