Our tour guide, Ye Fan, was incredibly dedicated! A huge shout-out to him! This trip was a fantastic experience! From the moment we boarded the bus, we felt his warmth and enthusiasm. He not only helped us with our luggage and found seats in advance, but also thoughtfully explained the precautions for going up the snow mountain.
The itinerary was perfectly balanced, without rushing us to see everything. He was always quick to help whenever anyone in the group needed assistance, making it feel like we were traveling with old friends.
The snow mountain was absolutely stunning, like something out of a painting. On a clear day, you can even see the golden sunrise over the mountains. It's definitely worth the trip!★

If you're visiting, I highly recommend booking this type of tour. It's very hassle-free. It includes transportation, entrance tickets, and bus travel, so you don't have to worry about anything yourself. Most importantly, our guide was incredibly kind, friendly, helpful, and gave great advice. The tour provides one bottle of water, one oxygen canister, and a windbreaker. If you're not going to be at high altitudes, and you're physically fit, one oxygen canister is sufficient; you don't need to buy more. If I come to Lijiang again, I'll definitely book this type of tour. It's truly convenient.★

It was a great experience! The driver was punctual, well informed and was able to translate everything into English. They also maintained great communication throughout the day. The mountain was very beautiful and well worth the trip. The included lunch left much to be desired.★

First of all, the customer service was excellent, helping me resolve car issues before departure. Secondly, the driver was very nice and patient; when a minor accident occurred during the trip, he patiently helped resolve it. The customer service representative was also very helpful in communicating and resolving the issue. Overall, it was a very pleasant group tour experience, with no shopping stops and no mandatory meal arrangements. I highly recommend this travel agency for a Tiger Leaping Gorge day trip.★

The tour operators were excellent! A group was setup in wechat to coordinate. Mr Liu, our driver was very helpful and professional, saving us time and just make the trip so much easier versus planning it ourselves which might had save some money but would’ve wasted much more time navigating the extremely busy and popular destination.
