Our tour guide and driver, Grandma Yang, was a warm and down-to-earth woman who cared for her guests like a mother would her own children. She meticulously arranged the itinerary, ensuring everyone had oxygen, warmth, meals, and water. Even on the eve of departure, she showed her deepest concern. Grandma Yang's smile was as warm and radiant as the Yunnan sunshine, truly heartwarming. Grandma Yang was wonderful! However, she's still quite young; we can call her "Sister Yang" from now on.

My family and I have been to Lijiang many times. This time, we chose to join a tour to the snow mountain. After booking, staff contacted us immediately to confirm the itinerary and explain the precautions and safety instructions. The service was excellent! We joined a small group of three families. The driver, Uncle Meng, whose car license plate number is Yun L1158L, was a nice and responsible person. The itinerary was well-arranged, and compared to going on our own, it was much more convenient and less tiring. The experience was great!

Although this package doesnt have tour guide..but the driver they gave was very friendly, welcoming, knowledgable about the tour, the show timing, sunset timing, which part in the bus should we sit to get good views, how to take our oxygen properly so we wont get dizzy or short of breath. The driver also advice us not to sleep on the way to high altitude place so that our body wont get shocked after changing the temp and altitude. The tour was worth it..all the places like Snow Mountain, cable car, Blue Moon Lake was absolutely stunning for pictures and photo memories. A must place to visit if you come to Lijiang! And dont forget to get this tour package.Although the guide is a non English speaking but we communicate well through google translater apps. Thank you again for your great service.


