The tour was wonderful, but I disagree with another review that it wouldn't be cheaper individually. The tour is a combined package: you travel from Hanoi with one guide, then the guide picks you up in Sapa, but it's better to pay than worry about all the connections. Ket-Ket village is a street full of souvenirs. One local house and an empty French power station are easy to miss. If you haggle, you can knock the price down threefold. There was an interesting performance (dancing, instruments, games), but we were given very little time for it; I wish there had been more. We stayed in a great hotel with a view, but ours was a wall, but it was fine for an overnight stay. The second day on Phan Xi Pan was great; we had enough time to see everything, but not everyone will have time. Overall, everything was as described, except for the welcome drink (there wasn't one, which is a shame, since water is not included with dinner, breakfast, and lunch). I would have liked a little more history about Sapa; you could even print out a summary on an A4 sheet. Overall 10 out of 10 except for the welcome drink.

The tour was really good, our guide was very nice and knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions. The trekking in the area is amazing, really beautiful views and an amazing experience. The only negative thing is that the tour description does not clarify the homestay is in a shared accommodation and you have to sleep with other people in the same room, you do not get a private room with a private bathroom and have to share both spaces with other people, which can be many if there are other groups staying at the same time.

Bought the pass for both arrival and departure at Hanoi. Heard that arrival usually takes up to 2hrs but it was alright when I arrived but departure queues were wayyyyyy too long even up till security checks. I'm so glad I got this pass to skip all the queues.

Upon arriving at Da Nang Airport, I was greeted by a seemingly endless line for immigration, and I was so glad I booked fast-track. As soon as I got off the plane, a staff member warmly greeted me with a sign with my name on it, and I was able to complete the entire process in just 5-10 minutes through a dedicated passageway. Long waits can be a real struggle, especially when traveling with children. This drastically shortened the wait time, saving me energy right from the start of my trip, and I was incredibly satisfied. This service is well worth the money, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a smooth start to their trip!
