If you know a little English, the overall experience is quite good.
The time spent at the volcano is relatively short, so whether or not to climb to the summit is something you should consider based on your physical condition.★

The weather wasn't great, because the fog prevented us from seeing anything at Vesuvius. And the visit to Pompeii was too rushed, without enough time to see things properly. Otherwise, it was perfect. Antonio, the driver, and Giuseppe, the guide, were both excellent. Thank you.★

My partner and I had a fantastic day. We were picked up not far from our hotel. Our guide, Ciro, was excellent and spoke French. He taught us lots of things along the way and gave us great advice. He was fantastic. I highly recommend this excursion. A big thank you to Ciro and our driver, Antonio, who managed the day perfectly.
