Mekong Delta: Guided Day Tour from Ho Chi Minh City + Lunch + Boat Ride

Get picked up from your hotel or meeting point and head to the Mekong Delta.

See rice fields before arriving at My Tho. First, visit Vinh Trang Pagoda, which features Vietnamese, Khmer, and Chinese architecture.

Then take a boat ride on the Mekong River, passing Dragon, Phoenix, Tortoise, and Unicorn islets. Visit fruit orchards and villages, and ride a sampan through coconut-lined canals.

Stop at local homes to taste fruits, honey tea, and wine while listening to traditional music. Have a Vietnamese lunch (vegan options available).

After lunch, go to Ben Tre, which is known for its coconuts. Visit a farm to see how coconut candy, rice paper, and other products are made.

Relax in a hammock or bike around the village. Return to Ho Chi Minh City in the late afternoon.
