The tour around the palaces was amazing! Mr. Young, our guide, provided interesting historical information that helped me understand more about Korean culture. The only unnecessary part of this tour, in my opinion, was the trip to the market. There was really nothing to do or see there. Pick up and drop off locations were very convenient.

We had a 1 day layover at Incheon airport. Our guide picked us up at the airport hotel & we toured the Gyeongbokgung Palace, a Hanok village & a little shopping & lunch in Insadong. He shared a lot of information & stories & was very timely in getting us to the airport with our brief timeline.

Sophia was a wonderful tour guide. She met us at the airport, communicated ahead of time where to meet, provided an agenda, but was flexible to our needs. We had a great lunch in a traditional Korean restaurant, loved the tour of the Imperial Palace and grounds, experienced the market, had tea at a traditional tea house, just an incredible to spend the day out seeing Seoul instead of sitting at the airport. She was very knowledgeable about Korean history and culture, was a safe driver, her vehicle was very clean and she provided us with cold water for the day. Overall, we were so happy with our tour with Sophia and it was a great way for us to celebrate a birthday.

We did the all-day group tour with Crystal today! She was incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything so well, answering every question with so much patience and poise. Despite it being a long day, everything was so smooth and well organised. Crystal was attentive to the group throughout, making sure everyone stayed together and adjusting the pace to accommodate the older folks of our group. You could really tell she cared about making sure everyone had a good experience. As a bonus, we also instantly clicked with a group of women on the tour, which made the day even more memorable! If you’re looking for a great way to hit some of Korea’s highlights, I’d highly recommend this tour. And if you get Crystal as your guide, you’re in great hands. 💗 #TeamCrystal
