The itinerary was quite tight, but thankfully there was bus transportation and a tour guide throughout, saving me the trouble of checking transportation information myself – it was really convenient! Shirakawa-go was stunning, and the morning market in Hida-Takayama was quite interesting, but time was a bit rushed. After strolling around the streets, taking photos, and visiting a shrine, we had to rush to the meeting point. The ramen and yakiniku recommended by the tour guide looked very tempting, but unfortunately we didn't have time to try them; we'll have to come back next time.★

All the places are great to explore and really nice. Just my opinion, the tour guide should wait for all of us to get down from the bus first then he can started to explain about the place not when we reach down to him, he is done. And we arrived shirakawago around 3:15pm and the last shuttle bus around 3:40pm to observatory. So it is not enough time as we need to walk a bit to a pickup point for shuttle bus. All the three places are so crowded but still nice to explore★

The overall itinerary was somewhat rushed due to Japanese driver service time regulations. The Takayama leg of the trip was particularly tight, mainly because completing a meal and a full visit to the Takayama Jinya (traditional Japanese houses) within two hours was quite strenuous. Two hours was more than enough for the Shirakawa-go Gassho-zukuri village. The tour guide was very professional and nice, and his explanations were quite interesting. The group members came from all over the world, with mainland Chinese tourists making up about 10%, making it a very international team.★

Kawagoe is absolutely gorgeous! The scenery is like a fairytale world; you'll fall in love with it at first sight.
I especially want to thank our female guide, Miyamoto, for making this experience so wonderful. She not only planned the itinerary perfectly, managing the time flawlessly, and providing clear and detailed explanations, but she was also incredibly considerate, making me feel completely at ease throughout the trip.
She was more than just a guide; she was like a friend. I highly recommend her to first-time visitors! 👍★

Our guide, Miyamoto, and the handsome driver were incredibly kind (treating us like family and friends from afar) and professional (their excellent time management at every point and deep understanding of the local culture and environment), making for a wonderful and unforgettable journey for all the passengers. Before disembarking, everyone spontaneously applauded in gratitude. We were also incredibly grateful to have encountered the second major blizzard of the year, and to have enjoyed the abundant, gentle snow in the Gassho-zukuri village. ☺️
