Booking Information

1. The total number of passengers must not exceed the vehicle's capacity.

2. Please contact customer support to confirm the sailing schedule before making a reservation to avoid any impact on your travel plans.

3. If you make a booking without first confirming availability and there are no available slots upon receiving the booking, you may change the date for free or arrange for another vessel of the same type.

4. Please arrive at the pier 15-20 minutes early. Thank you, and be sure to arrive on time (if you're late due to personal reasons and the next time slot has already been booked, no extension will be possible, and the full fee will still apply).

In the following situations where normal sailing is not possible, a full refund will be issued, or alternative sailing times can be negotiated:

• Sea visibility less than 1 km, maritime authorities issued navigation ban notice;

• Severe weather conditions on the day of departure, such as typhoons, thunderstorms, lightning, or other situations explicitly prohibited by maritime authorities.

• Cancellations made 2 days in advance without special circumstances will incur a 50% penalty fee. No refunds for same-day cancellations.

[Notes]

1. Individuals with heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, asthma, infectious diseases, pregnant women, or severe seasickness are advised not to board the vessel. Travelers who conceal such conditions will bear full responsibility for any accidents occurring during the voyage.

2. You must queue up to board the boat under staff guidance. Pay attention to safety on the floating dock and be cautious when using the gangway steps to avoid falling into the water.

Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a guardian, and seniors aged 65 and above in good health must be accompanied by an immediate family guardian to travel.

Guests who have undergone major surgery within the past six months should immediately contact customer support to explain their situation, and travel arrangements will be made accordingly.

5. Passengers who fail to comply with the above safety requirements or disregard the captain's instructions during navigation, resulting in adverse consequences, shall bear full responsibility. Any damage to the vessel's property must be compensated at the full cost.

1. Please advise customers to plan their time in advance to avoid delays in their itinerary. An appropriate sailing route should be arranged based on the customer's departure time and request.

2. The yacht rental price includes the captain, crew, and fuel costs.

3. Follow the captain's instructions for safety. Do not swim in the sea at will. The yacht is equipped with safety equipment such as life jackets for customers.
