The young lady at the ticket counter gave us a very warm welcome :) The museum was interesting for Klimt fans, but a bit smaller than expected. The price-performance ratio would have been good if the audio guide had been included with the ticket.★

We had the best tour guide, Lisa, which made our whole experience wonderful, enjoyable, funny, etc. Not only did we learned a lot of new things but it was interesting with fun facts, which kept us focused and attentive. Our guide (Siri) was very helpful and knowledgeable! Skipping the lines to the palace was great…. We didn’t have to wait in a single line! You do not have to get there early either, there are enough parking spots(in the morning tour), and no waiting! The guide/check in is very easy to find! The palace was very interesting especially with a guide telling you all of its secrets! I would not recommend without a guide, but with a guide it is amazing and I strongly recommend!★
