We joined this full-day cruise tour and it was a great experience. The guide was excellent, and the pickup service was smooth and well organized. The buffet lunch was good, and we enjoyed the three activities (cave visit, kayaking or bamboo boat, and swimming or hiking). The wine-tasting sunset party on the ship was a nice highlight. The drop-off service was also good. Special thanks to our guide, Ronny, for making the trip enjoyable.

It was a good experience.  However for those who are inclined to motion sickness, best to book the lower cabin.  We had the upper cabin on the way into Sa Pa and the lower cabin on the way back to Hanoi.  Both offer a different experience and of course, lower cabins are better.  Cabins are well equipped with charging station, TV and sufficient air cond vents.  Beds are adjustable and come complete with pillow and blanket; a bottle of water as well.  We needed to be in Hanoi earlier and staff were accommodating in us changing to an earlier available time slot.  The service staff, I think the only one that speaks good English (with specs) is accommodation and helpful.

My experience with HK Travel Tour Sleeper Bus was very comfortable and pleasant. The bus was clean, well-maintained, and the sleeping seats were spacious enough to relax properly during the journey. The air-conditioning was good, and the overall environment inside the bus felt calm and peaceful, which made the trip enjoyable. The driver was friendly, polite, and drove very carefully. I felt safe throughout the entire ride. His professional attitude and warm manner made passengers feel welcome and comfortable. The company itself operates in a smart and organized way. From booking to departure, everything was smooth and systematic. The staff managed the trip efficiently and on time, showing strong coordination and good customer service. Overall, it was a reliable and satisfying travel experience.
