Day 1

Meet at meeting point: Kids Saving the Rainforest 600 NE Finca Anita, Puntarenas Province, Naranjito, 60601, Costa Rica
Attractions and Activities: Manuel Antonio (Ticket included) Designed to provide you more detailed and specific explanations about the fascinating herpetofauna found in the private nature trails and gardens of Hotel Playa Espadilla, whose main trail is located right next to the boundaries of Manuel Antonio National Park, divided by a seasonal creek that organically attracts amphibians and reptiles in the dry (January-April) and wet (May-December) season. After our safety talk, site management rules, and photography recommendations, we will begin the search for any specific request or evacuate any questions you may have in mind. Some of the main target species to find and photograph during the tour are snakes such as Fer-de-Lance Viper and Eye-Lash Pit Viper, Coral Snakes, and any Colubrid member such as Boas, Vine, Cat-eyed, Racers, and others. All frogs starting with the iconic Red-eyed Tree Frog, Masked Tree Frog, Gladiator and Milk Tree Frogs, or any other interesting herpetological species such as the Basilisk, Helmeted and Night lizards. 2 hr(s)
