Overall it is definitely not cheap, but you can travel on trains around Europe as many times as you want during the period, flexible and convenient, especially for last minute travelers. Keep in mind in countries like Spain, Italy and France, the reservation fee is expensive and can add up quickly, so you need to plan ahead. Also, in most countries, the app cannot be used in the tickets gates automatically, and must seek help from staff. Hope they can improve it.★

I only used this service for a one-way trip from Malpensa Airport to Milan Central Station. I considered the Malpensa Express, but chose this service to save money. I bought the ticket on the day of travel, and it was fine. I didn't know where the platform was, but a staff member kindly showed me the way. It seems to run once an hour, so if you get on early, you'll have to spend time on the train until departure. You have to pick up your own luggage. I was worried about my luggage being mixed up or stolen. If you're worried about that, I recommend sitting near the entrance/exit.★

Has a wonderful time with Mickey on this tour! The driver Peter was amazing, navigating the narrow and winding roads with ease and great skill. Mickey was funny and informative. We had enough time at each stop and since it was Sunday, there wasn’t any traffic. Highly recommended trip!★

The guide was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! The price is pretty steep though, and I would recommend getting the museum tickets in advance
