Reviews: Half-day tour of the ancient Colosseum in Rome, Italy|Including Admission Ticket Reservation + Certified Guided Tour

One of the best tours I've ever had. My tour guide was very professional and very clear in sharing her knowledge of the historical site. She didn't rush through her explanations, and her attention to detail allowed everyone to be immersed in the present while imagining what might have happened in the past, to visualize the glorious days of the empire. Highly recommend!

Reviews: Rome: Colosseum Guided Tour with Roman Forum and Palatine Hill
Guest User2026-10-08
A very interesting tour. I highly recommend it. We had a great guide who not only gave interesting insights into the places we passed but also made a good joke. Unfortunately, I didn't fill in his name. We really liked him. Everything was clear and well organized. It was fantastic! I'm recommending him to all my friends and acquaintances! Thank you!

You're absolutely amazing. Standing in the scorching sun looking for tickets is simply unbearable. Clear selection on the website, fast and secure payment, all documents emailed to you. Thank you! You're the best.

A fantastic Roman Forum, Palatine Hill, and Colosseum Arena tour, led by the wonderful Laura. Our group was a perfect size (11 people), and Laura’s passion, knowledge, and genuine love for Roman history really shone through. After meeting near the Crown Tours office and grabbing a refreshing coffee and sandwich at Café Polveriera, we headed to the Forum and Palatine Hill, where Laura truly brought ancient Rome to life — you could almost picture the traders and daily bustle of the city. A short walk took us to the Colosseum, and being part of a small group meant skipping the long queues with only a short wait to enter. A quick reminder: photo ID is essential — no ID, no entry — and there are multiple security checks, but once inside the arena it’s absolutely worth it. Standing so close really brings home how impressive (and terrifying) it must have been. A brilliant tour and well worth paying a little extra for a small group and such an exceptional guide.
